30s 40s Hand Painted Neck Tie Feathers bike week High rise a structured waistbandDETAILS: Hand painted neckties are some of my favorites in the world of vintage ties. This one is quite charming feathers, but no birds or other animals. The fabric is a twill weave faille, probably rayon. Original color was dark blue, now shifting to an ombre purple that to my eyes offers additional dimension. The feathers and accompanying swirls are done in green, lighter blue, and metallic gold with a little bit of brown. SIZE: Widest point 3" (7.
