Measures: Feather section 37 long plus approx 10 each tassel, so 57 total. Condition: Boa is good with no notable feather loss or damage. The tassels both seem to hang to the front, possibly this is intentional as symmetrical? You could redistribute and pop a stitch to hold if it bothered you.
