17" to bottom of panel

The metal portion of the belt consists of two pieces on either end with a floral motif and the center is linked pieces so they can move and flex independently of each other

Excellent vintage condition

some well done repairs near the waist

There is a mend (see last photo) in the jacket back near the hem

1940s Lilac Bows Dress fedora 17" to bottom of panel1940s lightweight rayon dress by Jennifer Junior. Tag has a date written on it, April 4, 1946, which indicates it was worn for a special occasion, possibly a wedding. Bodice has padded shoulders, snap closure at the neckline and lots of detailing over the front. Skirt is softly a line. There is a matching belt that snaps closed. It was near impossible to capture the true color of the fabric. It's not quite as vibrant a purple as most of the photos
