60's Blue Weave Lined Cape nordic sweater AS IS: elastic in sleeves1960s blue cape ends just under knee. Navy Blue and white weave, soutache trim, hook and eye and frog closure at neckline. open hole pockets each side. Condition is nice. The cape was measured on the form roughly across and doubled: 15" shoulders 39" length 38" bust.
