With sales tag still attached, this beautiful dress once had a designer label, that was removed for re sale at The Back Room at Loehmann's (a famous, now closed Brooklyn department store). This dress features a boned (structured), strapless bodice and oh so 90's asymetrical side gathers pleats topped with a prominent black bow. Bow has rhinestone 'net'
