70's Polyester Dress by Suzy Perette tropical koi fish appears to be a medium/Beautiful vintage Suzy Perette by Victor Costa polyester dress. Black overall color with contrasting red and white ribbon outlining the collar and waist. The dress has a zipper closure up the back. Overall condition of the dress is great with minimal wear. Size tag lists Womens 10 but is closer to a modern Womens 8. Color of the contrasting ribbon is still bright! Very cheerleader vibes. Flat measurements in last image. Additional Measurements:
