Lined with original baby blue quilt backing and has angular hand sewn topstitching. Quilt was likely made in the early 1900s and was constructed from fabric that dates back to the late 1800s. High waist, wide leg trousers. Hidden side pockets and side zipper with coconut button closure. Specially made in
