Wear with buckle in front or back. Use another Slide buckle. Checked side flat, black side has cummerbund pleating. 2. 5 inches wide. and tapers at ends. 32 to 34 inches. Smaller waists would need a different larger buckle, or would tie. Deadstock item with minor wear.
