This jacket can be worn two ways: snapped up for a turtleneck look, or worn open for an open neck with a wide collar. The jacket has collar, cuffs, shoulders, and front in a zebra pattern. It is fully lined & has shoulder pads. It is listed as a size small, but is an oversized 80's cut.
