1940s Ivory Stone Studded Gown floral there are some rust spots

there are some rust spots on the buttons which should come out

I believe this dress was altered a long time ago as it has a very deep hem and there are some extra stitches around the zipper and some different colored thread inside

The original insoles were replaced with muslin and some padding was added beneath
