Beautiful and festive 1970s taffeta dress from the King of Party Dresses, Victor Costa. I was sure it was 80s but my research regarding the label is showing that its probably 70s. How cool! It's a gorgeous jewel tone turquoise color with gold and turquoise braiding around the edges.
