50's Exotic Feathered Pillbox Hat by Gay Paree leader of the pac 1970’s BlackAn extreme take on the standard pillbox hat by Gay Paree. Base is short dark feather with a crown extension of white and black feathers which drapes down on the right side. As for the condition there some glue showing in the front just under the feather swag. I have photographed this area closely. Otherwise a beauty! Inner circumference is 21 inches.
