The flexible crown is decorated with a soutache type glac design, all in excellent order. Its really very elegant, and a great spring summer hat! The colour is a very dark blue, to my eyes. Only real issue is missing elastic as original had perished. I had left the ends in place so I could mark its position correctly, and will
