1940s Navy Tilt Hat 1940_purse ruffled sleeves above a fitted1940s navy blue felt tilt hat with grosgrain band around the crown. Brim can be worn turned up or down over the eye. Label stamp reads "Townleigh Square London", size tag reads 22 1 2. Excellent vintage condition. The elastic band attached to secure has lost it's elasticity and is worn but can still be used or simply replaced if desired.
