80's Black Felt Feathered Veil Fedora Hat woman's sweater Passimenterie button front closureVtg black felt fedora with curled brim and a delicate black netting to cover the face or lay on the brim. Front holds an exquisite array of feathers. Hatband is a black and white grosgrain ribbon. Interior is finished with a black petersham ribbon. The only condition issue is some glue showing at the base of the feathers and a bit on the center red feather. I have photographed these areas closely. No label. Inner circumference is 22 inches.
