70’s Multicolor Tropical Floral Print Sleeveless Dress by Pulse seattle shirt large fully functional center back zipperThis 1970s fit and flare floral sundress is adorable. The colors are bright! The fabric is in excellent shape and the design is cute. I like the wide shoulder straps and the tie in the back! I love the brown band on the hem that matches the tie for the belt. The material is mostly cotton with a bit of spandex for some stretch. The brand is Pulse and the RN # indicates possible mid 1970s. The zipper in the back works fine and it is made in the USA.
