50's Icy Rhinestone Brooch by Warner neon floral waist: 24" - 36"This large rhinestone brooch was made in the 1950s. Made by Warner, and decorated with dozens of clear rhinestones. 1 13 16" wide 1 13 16" long Condition: In great vintage shape. No missing stones, no tarnish. Only signs of age are to the back of the brooch in small water spots, and the stones make a pleasant shaking noise with the brooch is shaken vigorously. Marked Warner.
