Some normal tiny faint spots and dirt at the edges that suede tends to get. Cleaned, brushed and refreshed with suede cleaner. The only markings is a stamp of "0 7 1" inside the hat. Leather internal sweatband. Will fit heads about 21 inches in circumference or hat size 6 5 8 (small.)
