Taanug Cava Brut NV Category_Dessert & Fortified Try it alongside grilled flankMade from Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel lo, the three varietals are fermented separately and then blended together. A second fermentation takes place in the bottle for more than 12 months. The result is a bright, straw yellow cava with medium sized bubbles and smooth silky notes of fruits and slightly toasted brioche. Kosher for Passover.
