Studio D'Artisan D4620 GL3 Selvedge Denim Coverall - Indigo Product Type - Cords Made in CanadaThe Studio DArtisan D4620 GL3 Denim Coverall is built using one of the most historically significant looms in Japanese denim production. The fabric is woven on the Toyoda GL3 shuttle loom, Japans earliest power loom, originally developed over half a century ago. Because replacement parts no longer exist, maintaining these machines requires salvaging components from other retired GL3 looms, making the process both labour intensive and extremely slow.
