"Dandy" Dandelion & Jewel Fascinator Hat Fascinator_Half Mask I made this silver MoonWhimsical headpiece featuring a large dandelion, diamante jewel and wired "veil" with fly away dandelion seeds. Set on a black felt base, the base is lined with a black with white polka dot satin and attaches with a comb & adjustable hat elastic.
