Trained in the traditional guyot system, there are 4500 vines per hectare yielding between 90 and 95 (quintali 100kg) annually. After soft pneumatic pressing, it is aged for 6 months in temperature controlled steel casks and bottle aged for an additional 3 to 4 months prior to release.
