The major difference is the the shell material (Polyurethane instead of Grilmid plastic) and the thermoshape liner. The Polyurathane is a little heavier (<100g) but offers the same functionality as the other modles. The thermoshape liner fits better out of the box but is less robust than other models and expect it to wear
