With approximately 12 carats of diamonds in total. This elegant pieces features a classic Maltese cross form. At the centre sits a prominent rose cut diamond, encircled by a halo of smaller stones that radiate outward across the cross. The diamonds are mounted in silver topped gold. This Maltese cross would have been worn as a brooch or pendant and reflects the
