Cedre Blandine Le Blanc - 2024 (750ml) Size:750ml taking us on a journey50% Colombard, 40% Ugni Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Blan. Vineyards & Viticulture The vines are planted in Gers and their average age is 30 years. Soils Limestone, clay and silica clay Harvest & Vinification The grapes are macerated on their skins for 24 hours. Then slow pneumatic pressing and cold settling for 48 hours. The wine is aged in tank for three months on fine lees.
