Kelley Fox - Nerthus Rose 2021 Dolcetto and a lot of characterFrom the producer: Nerthus was an ancient Teutonic goddess who was an incarnation of Mother Earth. This wine is a skin contact blend of 60% Gruner Veltliner and 40% old vine Early Muscat. The destemmed fruit from both vineyards was fermented in 1. 5 ton open top fermenters with one pigeage a day. The Muscat was pressed at dryness (about twelve days) while the Grner was pressed into the tank of Muscat after about six days of skin contact to complete
