All levels of production are kept in house with their team actively engaged in every detail, from harvest through distillation & aging. They utilize 100% organic Blue Weber agave from the southern highland region of Los Altos in Jalisco Mexico, which tends to yield more fruit forward agave. The "Lone Star Edition" is specially aged in Garrison Brother's Texas
