This tends to remove the skin and let more light in so you can see the color better

It makes for some pretty amazing cabochons

Luckily, at the start of the 2022 season, I got the chance to dig some with the backhoe! What you see is a gorgeous display of some high quality jasper with so me crazy pattern!
