'Middle Child' Orange Wine 2024 Benoni Wine Co. lemon peel*July Producer Spotlight* This wine is a blend of organically farmed Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Riesling that is fermented separately using native yeasts. The Chardonnay is de stemmed and fermented on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel. The Riesling and Chenin Blanc are foot tread and macerated on the skins for two days before being pressed and moved to stainless for primary fermentation. The wine is then aged in a mixture of stainless steel
