Intense persistent floral and vegetable aroma with note of lime and balsamic. At the palate the vegetable notes are predominant, smooth and full with good depth and well balanced, with a long persistent aftertaste. We say these vibrant, sappy Mediterranean wines pair beautifully with both gentle and robust flavors, from stewed zucchini and shrimp scampi to Bouillabaisse with garlicy aioli.
