Cantina San Biagio Vecchio Cacciabruco - 2022 (750ml) Pauillac Spontaneous fermentationMade from grapes grown organically in Emilia Romagna. It is a blend of 20 % Malvasia Aromatica, 40 % Trebbiano, 40 % Albana. The Malvasia spent a week on the skins, while the other grapes were vinified as white wine. This offers a bright, clean nose of citrus, preserved lemon, a hint of petrol. On the palate the wine is structured but playful with fresh acidity and good drive on the palate, with texture from the skins adding interest without excess
