Capovilla Grappa di Bassano Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon This bitter liqueur is primarilyFrom Italy's Distillati Capovilla comes this Grappa di Bassano, produced using the pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot and Vespaiolo grapes. The pomace is distilled slowly at a low temperature thanks to the use of a bain marie method. It's rather rare to see a grappa named 'di Bassano', at it requires the liquid to be made only with pomace local to the Veneto town of Bassano del Grappa.
