1940s Vintage Vanity Original Black Velvet & Tulle Dress - XS ATT|Blouse style|Tie Neck Blouse Collarless design with shoulder padsA beautiful black dress dating back to the 1940s. The dress features a ruffled collar, small shoulder pads, tiny button detailing and a metal side zip fastening. The skirt of the dress is voluminous and is covered by a fine mesh tulle featuring velvet detailing. The tulle does have a number of holes (please see images) but this does not detract from the beauty of this true vintage gem.
