Domaine des Pothiers La Colline en Flamme - 2021 (750ml) Size:750ml concentrationMade from the Gamay clone locally called Saint Romain, grown on vines aged between 30 70 years old with roots in in granitic sands. Vines are grown organically and grapes are hand harvested. The wine is made with a selection of 1 3 whole clusters macerated for 12 days with the skins, followed by aging for 10 months in concrete tank.
