Sri Lankan Sapphire and Diamond Ring Iolite Current Ring Size: L1/2One of the most impressive sapphire and diamond rings crafted in 18ct white gold, circa 1980. The centre stone is a 4. 89 carat natural, unheated Sri Lankan sapphire, certified by GCS. It is flanked by two pear shaped brilliant cut diamonds and further accented by a triangle cut diamond on each shoulder, all set to enhance the central sapphire and add symmetry to the design. A well balanced and expertly crafted ring, showcasing high quality, untreated
