The lips are backed with black silk velvet. The bubble blower is diamond silver edged in rainbow crystals. The base is blocked black felt. This is a quirky, fun, statement hat This hat is one of a kind, it has black & white polka dot satin lining, is very light weight so very comfortable to wear, attaches with a comb and adjustable hat elastic.
