All of the wines from this winery are made the same way, 24 hours of skins contact after destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged on its own lees for about 6 months prior to bottling. This Riesling shows a ripe, mineral aroma of citrus fruits, apricots and peaches. Typical of the mottled sandstone soil is the straightness and fine minerality. Very fresh
