Waterford Peated Ballybannon Irish Single Malt (750ml) 1967 Bitter Orange PeelDistiller's Notes: As part of our pioneering quest to unearth whiskys most natural flavours, we dried barley grown on two Single Farm Origins of Ballybannon and Fenniscourt, Co. Carlow, using peat cut from Ballyteige in Co. Kildare. Each farms harvest was peated to different levels: Fenniscourts barley to 38ppm and Ballybannons barley to 47ppm.
