This vibrant, ultra powerful blue leaves cool tones on virgin, unbleached hair. For head turning results, we recommend lightening hair to a light level 9 blonde and toning hair before use to prevent unwanted hues. For best results, we recommend pre lightening your hair using a Manic Panic Flash Lightning Hair Bleach Kit. Always follow the instructions included with each product.
