The inscription reads, "Sarah Hawthorne ob 24th Jan 1807 Aet 35,". On the reverse, a border of natural half pearls surrounds a locket holding a lock of hair, adding a deeply personal touch. The ring is completed with a beautifully trifurcated band, with the central section exhibiting a refined striated texture.
