Real human cranium / calvarium medical specimen. In the tree behind isThis cranium must have been part of a complete skull as it still has the pins on which, hooks held the cranium in place. Unfortunately, it has become separated from the rest of the skull at some stage in the past. The cranium is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and also has a nice Wormian bone at the junction of the frontal and sagittal sutures.
