but an old guy at Canon told us about what happened the last time someone tried to put a Nikon in one of these and let's just say it's best if it never happened again

which would normally mean that you'd be lucky to cover Micro Four Thirds

Canon AE-1 Program dx A two-piece hoodThe Canon AE 1 Program is a 35mm SLR film camera with a Canon FD mount. The body is in decent condition, with paint and finish wear. Accurate shutter speeds and metering, new light seals. Not the cleanest AE 1 Program in the world, but it's a good working camera.
