Castle & Key Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon Whiskey New Riff with no stabilizersDistilled from a mash of 73% white corn, 10% wheat, and 17% malted barley, Castle & Key Wheated Bourbon is aged for at least five years before bottling at 99 proof. The nose starts floral with scents of rosewater and orange blossom before vanilla, almond, and bread dough round it out. The palate brings flavors of honey, cinnamon French toast, raisin, dates, and allspice before a finish of vanilla and toasted oak.
