Some are aged on the lees of the wines of some of France’s most decorated vignerons
started off with buying grapes from his friends and borrowing cellar space
through the use of herbal plants and organic teas
then fermented 2/3 stainless steel tank and 1/3 neutral barrique
His vinery is located in the tiny village of Abergement le Petit
