The Chardonnay is aged in cement egg shaped tanks with lees for added textural richness. Both Pinots are aged in stainless steel prior to assemblage. About 25% of the finished wine is older reserve wines. This is an extra brut with total sugar, a very low 3 g l. Winemaker's Notes Ripe citrus aromas are bold and pronounced.
