It is made in Kentucky according to the traditional Sour Mash process whereby a portion of the previously distilled whiskey mash (referred to as “setback”) is added into the next batch

Bichot Chorey-les-Beaune - 2023 (750ml) Vacqueyras Complex floral nose of whiteDelicate nose featuring scents of ripe red fruit (cherry, raspberry) along with nuances of toast, which will evolve over time toward spicy and slightly animal (leather, musk) notes. The palate is soft and round, supported by a fine tannic structure. The finish is delicate and subtly fragrant.
