Though the nine year age statement was briefly removed in 2016, it thankfully returned in 2020. Distilled from a mash of 75% corn, 13%, rye, and 12% malted barley and bottled at 100 proof, Knob Creek small batch is a workhorse bottle that mixes wonderfully in cocktails and sips well on its own.
