Pajarero figs are delicate, sweet figs that have thinner skins than other varieties. They are dipped in voluptuous 56% dark chocolate from Caro. This is a collaboration of a talented family who handcrafts fruit products and another family of chocolatiers, both whose recipes have been handed down for 3 generations. ChocoHigos are made in Valencia, Spain.
