Ligature Cutter, LC-UZI Emergency Services knife Crafted with safety in mindThe LC UZI is a seatbelt or ligature cutter with a difference; it is a combination of the famous, very widely used, folding blade LC1 and the Emergency Services Rescue Knife which has, as an option, a very effective serrated blade. It is a bit of a beast. It has a lanyard loop, a metal pocket clip and a tungsten tip window breaker. These can be removed, free of charge.
