France continues to be one of the worlds biggest consumers of single malt whisky so it makes sense that they would look to produce their own, and Vicomte is an excellent addition to the world whisky scene. This is a 9 year old whisky produced in the Cognac region (it goes without saying, this is an area with considerable spirits history) from organic local barley produced in Poitou
